Eldercroft and Sons reuse packing materials to send out purchases when possible and hope you will also reuse or recycle packing materials received. We aim to dispatch orders the day after they are placed. If you need an item urgently, please contact us directly so we can expedite your order.

Items are usually wrapped in tissue paper with one of our labels attached but if you would like your purchase gift wrapped and a card included with a message, please get in touch. We would be delighted to assist in adding a personal touch to any gift.

We use New Zealand Post for shipping and delivery costs are calculated at checkout depending on the size of items purchased and your location. Orders over $250 are eligible for free shipping within New Zealand. We are willing to ship items overseas but please contact us directly for an accurate shipping quote. 

Delivery in the Wellington area is available for free in the central, southern or eastern suburbs and for $5 in the northern or western suburbs. 

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us. We want all our customers to be thrilled with anything purchased from Eldercroft and Sons. 

As our items are vintage and antique, there may be signs of wear, damage or repairs undertaken over their long lives. Any issues will be clearly identified and highlighted in the accompanying photographs so please read descriptions carefully and look at all the photographs.
