Liberty and Co pewter cigarette box c.1910

I love the simple elegance and patina of this Liberty and Co pewter cigarette box. It dates from around 1910 and is marked like many of their products during this period ‘English Pewter’ and the design is 0968. These early twentieth century pieces (pre 1926) were manufactured by the Birmingham firm W H Haseler that that Liberty had taken a 60% share of in 1901.
