This charming Carlton Ware posy basket features a soft green glaze and is finished with delicate hand-painted floral details on either side. Due to its petite size, this piece is best suited to decorative use rather than holding flowers. This small piece is perfect for styling on a shelf, dresser or windowsill, where it will add a gentle touch of colour and character to a cottage-style interior. Full of charm without being overstated, it’s the kind of vintage piece that feels quietly special. It is in great condition. There is the usual crazing expected on a vintage piece of Carlton Ware and there is a small darker area internally but consistent with age and careful use. This is one of their Australian designed pieces.
