Dating from 1870, the Complete Works of Robert Burns includes his poems, songs and correspondence in one volume with life and notes, both critical and biographical by Allan Cunningham. It was published by Robert Forrester in Glasgow. It would be an elegant addition to any library featuring half leather binding and endpaper and edge marbling.
