Pair of mid-century wooden bookends

Bookends are household essentials to me and this mid-century pair is particularly lovely and in great condition. They were designed to sit as they are the in first photo but there are definitely other options. They have a strong mid-century energy and are in great condition. In some of the photographs they are paired with two beautiful 1950s anthologies compiled by John Hadfield and published by Hulton Press, London, which are for sale separately but are not yet listed so please get in touch if you'd like further information or images. Perfect for antique lovers, Hadfield moves beyond the traditional pairing of paintings and text to include fabulous antiques and jewellery as well.
